What's the Leadership program?
Four dynamic opportunities to make new friends, gain confidence, have fun and prepare yourself for the coolest summer job around. Get the leadership skills and certifications you need to qualify for responsible fun-filled jobs. The LIT courses include many outdoors activities such as off-site treks, biking, canoeing, and overnight camping trip. Participant will earn First Aid, High Five, Babysitter certification thoughout the program.
Participants will also be provided with an introduction to the Duke of Edinburgh Award, which promotes leisure activities and voluntary service, as a challenge to the individual to discover the satisfaction of achievement.
An unbelievable program designed with the Sports Leader in mind! Build on previous Leader in Training skills, plus delve into coaching techniques, teaching progressions, sports injury prevention and fair play principles.
